About Jessica

A dancer for 15 years, I have practiced Polynesian dance, classical ballet and jazz. I have learned different techniques to have a healthy, strong and athletic body. I would like to accompany you in this incredible training process to be happy with your body.

About the lesson

My classes are based on stretches designed to improve your flexibility and muscle strength. The strength and cardio exercises that we will perform are dynamic, fun and very effective to obtain results in a short time. My goal is that you will have well-being and a body that you love.
