Hi, I’m Tetiana! I’m currently studying to become a choreographer, and I’m truly passionate about what I do. Movement and art have always inspired me, and I love sharing that inspiration and my professional skills with others through stretching and body awareness. I’d be happy to guide you on your flexibility journey — whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience. My goal is not only to help you improve your flexibility, but also to help you fall in love with stretching and with your body’s potential. I hope my approach will resonate with you — and I look forward to seeing you in class!

Ballet-inspired or classic stretching, fully tailored to your body and goals.
I offer flexibility training based on ballet stretching techniques, which help you connect more deeply with your body and feel like you’re in a real ballet class.
If ballet-style stretching isn’t your thing, you’re welcome to choose a more traditional approach — I adapt to your needs.
My sessions typically include:
• A thorough warm-up
• Joint mobility exercises
• Static and/or dynamic stretching depending on your goals
You’re welcome to contact me with your personal goals — whether it’s doing the splits, improving posture, or simply feeling better in your body. I’ll be happy to create a personalized plan just for you.
I work with both children and adults — with care, joy, and attention to every body.
