About Karabo

My name is Karabo Makgoka and I’m from the city of Johannesburg. I’m a very health driven and as some would say , I’m a gym enthusiast. Teaching you how to become healthy and fit is one of the first goals that I would love to accomplish here. Fittness is very important more especially when you grow older.

About the lesson

In my lessons , I will gradually and slowly start from the beginning with the must softer and warier exercises for the first few stages of the training and thereafter when you start getting used to the training we’ll get into the more intense exercises.
