About Nikhil
I am Nikhil Dawra, a 21-year-old who once struggled with being skinny, shy, and underconfident. Talking to people felt so hard, and throughout my teenage years, I faced bullying in high school. But I realized it wasn’t others—it was me who allowed it to affect me. I decided to take control of my life, working on both my body and mindset. Over time, I transformed, building muscle and developing the confidence I lacked. Now, I’m passionate about helping others who face the same struggles, guiding them to build muscle, gain unshakable confidence, and become the best versions of themselves. It’s all about leveling up and unlocking your true potential!
