About Michael

Hi, I’m Michael

I have over 5 years of experience in IT and graduated with a 3.6 GPA in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin. Working as a Service Desk Engineer, I’ve helped countless people who felt lost or not confident using Microsoft Windows.

That’s exactly why I created this course — to make Windows simple, practical, and easy to understand, so you can feel confident using your computer every day.

I’m friendly, patient, and easy to learn with. Outside of work, I stay active through volleyball and the gym, and enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends.

About the lesson

I’m offering 1-on-1 Windows Basics coaching where you’ll learn:

• How to navigate your computer
• Fix common issues yourself
• Use your laptop with confidence

Simple. Practical. No tech jargon.
8 sessions (1 hour each)
Flexible times (Mon evenings & Sun mornings + options during the week)

If you’ve ever said, “I’m not good with computers” — this is for you.

Message me to get started!
