About Livia

Hi! My name is Livia Jatlow-Carter and I’m a student at Burlington High School. My passion for writing and reading has always been a driving force in my life. I find immense joy in exploring different genres, diving into complex narratives, and crafting my own stories. This deep love for literature not only fuels my creativity but also sharpens my analytical skills and attention to detail. As a tutor, I bring this enthusiasm to every session, aiming to inspire my students to develop a similar appreciation for the written word. My understanding of language structures and ability to simplify complex concepts makes me adept at guiding students through their learning journey, helping them build confidence and proficiency in their writing and reading skills. This combination of passion and expertise ensures that I can provide engaging and effective tutoring.

I offer an online tutoring course that nurtures creativity and strengthens writing skills in a young child. The course would start with basic sentence structure and gradually introduce more complex concepts such as paragraph formation, grammar, and punctuation. Interactive activities like story creation, journaling, and writing prompts would make the lessons engaging and fun. Additionally, personalized feedback and encouragement would help the child improve their writing abilities while fostering a love for expressing themselves through words. This tailored approach ensures that the child gains confidence and proficiency in writing.
