About Lucas
Hello! My name is Lucas. I am a language student at Durham University in my second year and am studying BA French, Italian and Russian. I am multilingual. I am a native English speaker but also speak French, Italian, Swedish, Russian and a little Korean. I have a strong passion for languages and linguistics and I believe that learning a new language is such a rewarding experience. I am a friendly, patient and understanding person who is committed to helping you succeed in your language learning. I completed my A Level studies at Sixth Form obtaining two A*s in both French and Italian. I have taught French in a casual setting in a primary school in Suffolk during Work Experience, and have taught a taster session for GCSE Italian at my old Sixth Form.

The typical length of a lesson would be 1 hour, although I am equally happy to provide 2-hour lessons. I am especially skilled at explaining grammar and improving language comprehension skills. I am a casual yet flexible tutor, so our lessons will revolve around what you need more help with.
