About Izak

I am a student at Ohio University who studies Environmental Science and Sustainability. I also train in martial arts where I frequently use my breathing techniques to help with recovery. I find it very enjoyable to help others learn to control their breathing because, its something that everyone has to do but, few people know how much their breathing effects them.

About the lesson

In a lesson I will go over the ways that I have learned to control my breathing to help with; mood, to prepare for strenuous physical activities, and relax.

These methods are very friendly to people who are new and will be very helpful.
