About Lilia Marcela

I am a student, passionate about sports, wanting people to fall in love with exercise and know its benefits. I have experience in methodologies of teaching and in generating adherence. I am an honest and values person who seeks the well-being and health of each student primarily.

About the lesson

My teaching method is guided discovery, I base myself on proposing challenges and having my students solve them under parameters, however, whenever you start, you need to adapt the body so that the technique will be the main topic in the first sessions.
