About Winter
I am a dedicated Speech Pathology student with hands-on experience as both a Disability Support Worker and Allied Health Assistant. My tutoring approach is built on professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed. Whether online or in-person, I create a supportive learning environment that balances encouragement with clear boundaries, ensuring lessons are both engaging and effective. Students can feel confident knowing I bring strong communication skills, academic discipline, and a bright, approachable personality to every session. I tailor my teaching to individual needs, empowering learners to build confidence, independence, and a deeper understanding of English. My goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to inspire motivation and resilience that extend beyond the classroom.

I believe tutoring should be empowering, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs. My teaching style blends structure with encouragement, I break down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps, while creating a positive space where students feel comfortable to ask questions and grow in confidence.
Lessons Involve:
- Interactive discussions, practical examples, and scaffolded activities to help students understand and apply concepts. I focus on building skills for long‑term success, not just short‑term results.
- Sessions typically run for 60 minutes, with flexibility depending on the student’s needs.
I am currently studying Speech Pathology at university and have experience as both a Disability Support Worker and Allied Health Assistant. I also tutor online and in‑person, supporting students across different subjects with genuine care for their success.
