About Armaan
In my academic career, I have always strived to work with the utmost rigour and dedication, leading me to get the top grades required to secure a place at the University of Cambridge, and I hope to apply the same approach to my tutoring sessions so that my tutees can meet and exceed their potential. Having been through the Oxbridge application process has armed me with insight into how an Oxbridge student is required to think. Coming from a state school that did not offer much support to applicants applying to Oxbridge, I have had to optimise and adapt my revision strategies to not only rapidly retain information, but also macroscopically apply my knowledge to problem solve and meet the standard of conscientiousness required at top universities and I believe that having gone through this, I can aid my tutee in navigating this process efficiently and effectively.

My tutoring approach is holistic and tailored specifically to the needs of the tutee tailoring long term and short term lesson plans and altering them depending on progress so that if certain topics require more depth we can thoroughly go through them however if a topic is understood quite swiftly we can internalise and move on without wasting time.
I am flexible with KS2 Maths and Science, GCSE (or equivalent) tutoring for Maths, Physics, Chemistry. A level (or equivalent) tutoring for maths, further maths, chemistry and physics. I can also offer Oxbridge application support for natural sciences and physics including preparation support for the NSAA or PAT. Each session will be around an hour and will be conducted online via zoom.
