About Michele
I have not yet given private lessons, just as an instructor and animator to children aged 7 to 12 and lords from the age of 40 to 60. I have formed, in the experiences so far, 15-20 children and 4 ladies . The results with the children were the full understanding of the functioning of certain areas of the body through coordination exercises. With the ladies (s) there has been a remarkable improvement in muscle aches by exercising relaxation and stress of stressed muscles.

My programs are aimed at those people who want to maintain and / or improve their physical fitness. During the lessons, I propose two goals: I) Build a program suitable for the person, depending on which needs (I need to know what your goals are) and the times are; II) Making the type of work serious but at the same time entertaining and encouraging to improve; III) Building a diet that you are not obliged to do, is only to make work even more effective, it can facilitate the achievement of a predetermined goal.
Normally I can work in the morning but also in the late evening.
