About Christina
Why hello there! I’m Christina.
After earning my Master’s in Professional Writing from USC ten years ago, I decided I wanted to be able to write about anything. And I got really lucky: I was the inaugural editor and columnist for Los Angeles Magazine‘s L.A. Driver Blog, I wrote about London and periods and Taylor Swift’s friends for websites like Buzzfeed and Refinery29. And eventually I became a lead creative producer at Zooey Deschanel’s women’s website, HelloGiggles, where I headed up a team of video creators and honed the site’s brand and internet presence. The project I’m most proud of is the Facebook Watch series Christina Tried Her Best, which was viewed over 100 million times in its first season. Since then, I’ve been helping people express themselves with comedy and heart through creative workshops and consulting.
Oh, and get this … my first book is being published by Penguin Random House in May. The book is called F*cking Deal With It, and it’s like a magic ice cream sundae of comedy, mental health, and exercises to help you understand that just because life is miserable, doesn’t mean you have to be!

SUMMER SPECIAL: I work with students of all ages to keep up with their reading and writing skills over the summer break!
Hi! I'm Christina, and I have a Masters in Professional Writing from USC. I specialize in working with fellow sensitive people. Creativity, whether it means writing the story of your life or writing an email, can be super emotional!
That’s why I supplement my creative direction skills with sprinkles of mindfulness, astrology, and tarot if you’re into it. My goal is to get you connected and confident to your authentic voice so you can write literally anything, forever.
----- I WORK WITH FOLKS OF ALL LEVELS!! -----
Lessons will be custom planned for you based on your interests, skill level, and goals.
Here are some of my favorite tools we will use:
* timed writing exercises
* brainstorming
* studying text by writers I think you'll enjoy
* proofreading
* project mapping
If you're interested in sharing your work, finding a place for it on the internet, or getting published, we can also work together to make that happen!
I can help you
️ find your authentic voice so that you can write ANYTHING
️ translate your ideas into words
️ complete creative projects
️ form lasting artistic habits that fit YOUR life
Being creative is good for your brain, your heart, and your mental health. I can't wait to work with you!!
