Instead of giving one-directional lectures, I encourage my students to think. I use inquiry-based learning. Students learn by asking questions and discussing real-world case studies. Some other activities might be designed to improve problem-solving skills and help understand the subject matter better through practical challenges.
I also use other methods to suit the needs and capabilities of the student.
