About Melker
Hey! I'm Melker, a Swedish London-based musician with a love for all things music. From touring with Buddy Holly and The Cricketers to gigging and working in the studio for original and various function bands, as well as lending my skills as a session musician, I have highly diverse musical experiences. With proficiency in bass, guitar, saxophone, drums, and vocals, I'm here to make music accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Growing up on the timeless tunes of 60s and 70s rock, courtesy of my teacher-parents, I've been steeped in music since childhood. I also work with writing and producing both music and theatre, adding another layer of creativity to my repertoire.

Perfect! Great to talk to. Plenty of fascinating experience and skills to share and discuss.
Obviously very intelligent and educated. He could go into technical details of Swedish and English as well as share cultural insights to help me talk politely to the Swedes and give me homework to help study independently.View more reviews

I have been taking lessons with Melker in both guitar and drums and his ability to play a range of instruments truly make lessons more captivating and rewarding. He takes the time to break down a song and ensure you understand the fundamentals of music theory allowing you to progress. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wishes to meet their guitar learning goals.
Melker has been amazing tutor. He is very patient and understanding. Very fun to work with. I looked forward to the lessons every week.
