About Shaun

I have been an IT Systems trainer for 12 years, I've always given by training sessions for an employer before (local government, NHS and private companies) training people to become component on systems and also for qualifications such as ECDL.

About the lesson

I'm Shaun, I've been an IT Trainer for 12 years and I am qualified to train adults (16+) on IT Systems and all Microsoft Applications including all versions of Office I have many qualifications and I'm always up to date with the ever changing world of IT. I am easy to get along with and very approciable so if your wanting a fun and friendly way to learn I'm your man. I like my learners to do as well as listen/read so my sessions are not just about listening to me you will actually do the task also as it's my ethos that you learn better when you are doing rather that just listening.
