About Naomi
I am a 31 year old woman located in London. I have a background in finance and business. However from a young age I repeatedly experienced shyness, lack of confidence and fear. I have, through repetitive work on myself, found that there is nothing more powerful to making change in your life and changing who you are than by showing up for you. No counsellor, therapist, you name it is going to make the change that is more powerful than you sitting with you and making those changes, day in, day out. Showing up when you feel like it. I can be your coach in helping you do this and keeping you locked in and accountable so you don't give up on you.

Talking over and over about problems in your life does not change the thing because you are just repeatedly firing those same networks in your brain. It's about moving into a new state of being, a new way of feeling and thinking that does not rely on circumstances in your life so that you are no longer a victim to your life. Through emotional regulation, learning how to think differently you will make meaningful change. I am interested in you feeling different from that first session and actually doing what works rather than being locked into session after session with someone that you then depend on.
Let's do this and actually make the change you want to see. No coach has the magic key. They do not know something you don't. They do not have the answer. They do not have a magic formula that is somehow going to change things for you. It's about doing the work every day and showing up. I can help you keep accountable with that whilst also learning how to embody greater confidence and the ability to think beyond your emotional state so that you are less reactive, less stressed and a healthier happier you.
My qualifications are the fact that I have done this myself. There used to be situations, people, things that would press me, I was a victim to circumstance, on a daily basis they'd determine how I felt that day. I know I can make a difference for anyone I work with. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose.
