Scrolling the app and saw Tarik’s online workouts. I thought it was pretty interesting. So I’ve decided to give it a try, and it is so detailed his workout programs. You can tell Tarik knows his stuff inside and out, more like a very technical trainer which is very important for optimal growth. I’ve definitely felt a huge difference in my strength and my conditioning improved a lot with good recovery and his meal plan.
