About Sandhya

My teachings can help you be fit and surreal. I start with basic yoga poses for getting your body prepared, improving your hand-eye-leg movements to perform any dance, and then get you prepared for long performances. I evaluate my students and then create a syllabus to better them regardless of where they are in their learning journey.

About the lesson

If are you looking to improve your dance skills or excel in classical dance then my Guru-Shishya Parampara teaching should help. I follow the Gandharva University syllabus and can also obtain certification. I have 27 years of experience in this field and have coached and performed with students in US, India and Japan.
