I try to engage students in everyday conversational English that they will actually use in an English-speaking environment. My goal is to build on teaching vocabulary and proper grammar, as well as teach some "slang" words I feel that are essential for students to understand when they are in an informal environment. Some English words do not follow the literal meaning and it is important
for a student to be able to distinguish between the two.
