About Noha
I'm a graduate with a rank of honor, from Cairo University, in Egypt, and I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Political Science. I worked as a political researcher, graduate teacher, substitute teacher, and tutor, so I have skills in research writing, analysis, and teaching along with a wide variety of skills from working many jobs. I have both academic and professional expertise, and in both Arabic and English. I have a creative writing piece (in English) that I published in two journals, and I have other publications (in Arabic and English), and I did conference presentations.
In my spare time I love to learn more about Big History (the Journey of the Universe), philosophy, and spirituality. And I love hiking in nature.

Therefore, I prepare lessons that are flexible and structured, ensuring our learning journey is focused, practical, and interesting.
My lesson plans will typically engage you and cultivate a new curiosity, interest, and passion for subjects you previously disliked. You will learn to view the subject - and all its parts - with renewed delight, especially as we make clear progress. Furthermore, I will constantly challenge you in order for you to reach excellence and build your critical thinking skills. I wouldn’t just pour information to you. Our learning environment will be interactive, and will use diversified resources and multimedia to engage you.
My basic learning technique is for me to do the thing while you watch, then we do the thing together, then you do it on your own.
I am a very patient and determined teacher, and I will build and encourage these qualities in you.
I am in Seattle, and I teach English, Arabic, and help with homework in any subject, to all levels. I teach academic and essay writing, test preparation, grammar, literature analysis, comprehension, creative writing, resume and cover letter building, and thesis and research writing. Both in Arabic and English.
