About Mia
My name is Mia White, I am 19 years old and am a passionate and dedicated individual with a lust for learning that is reflected through my grades, and I am excited to encourage students in a supportive learning environment to feel challenged and empowered, whilst improving their confidence in themselves and academic ability. My interest in human behaviour, culture, and creative expression fuels my ability to connect with students, and my strengths lie in empathy, critical thinking and communication, all essential qualities for making a good teacher.

My typical lesson times may roam between 45 minutes to an hour and a half. I have a flexible teaching style that involves practice questions as well as creative tasks, and it is all interactive and engaging. My qualifications as a tutor include two A*s and one A at A level, and thus the level I am able to teach is that of both GCSE and A level. The age range to which I can teach is 13-18 years of age.
