I am a qualified chef and I train chefs to NVQ level 2, 3 in the workplace. I have decided to do this online training for care homes because there is a shortage of cooks in this sector. I am passionate about using fresh food products in the care home kitchen to give the residents the proper vitamins and nutrition from their meals
