About Sophia
I’m a Yin Yoga instructor dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and find a sense of calm in a fast-paced world. My approach is intuitive, gentle, and deeply restorative, with a focus on listening to the body rather than forcing it. I create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, release tension, and truly reset—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I tailor each session to meet you exactly where you are.

Yin Yoga sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and come back into your body in a deep, meaningful way. I guide you through gentle, intentional poses that release stored tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery from stiffness or mild injuries. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tight in your body, these sessions create a safe, calming space for you to soften, reset, and feel like yourself again. Each session is tailored to your needs, so you leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply restored.
