About Valentina
Hello! I am Valentina, I am 26 years old, I have practiced Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Kung fu and Taichi. And I have had the opportunity to teach the last three, both to children and adults, I participated in international Kung fu events representing the country.
I am passionate about the search for wellness and health through movement, seeing the body and mind as a whole.

We will work on stretching in an integral way, with exercises that will help improve joint mobility, muscle elasticity and also relaxation and breathing exercises that will facilitate the extension of the muscles. The ancient Chinese already said "you will be young as long as you are flexible"
Flexibility not only makes it easier to do other sports and activities as a powerful adjunct, but it also improves posture, decreases back pain, improves circulation and tones muscles.
