About Ilaria
I am a graduate teacher in Primary Education. I have done various internships in the school environment. Starting from 2019 I started teaching in Primary School and I collaborated in a literacy project for newly arrived pupils in Italy. I obtained the PET certification and the B2 level during the university years. I am familiar with distance learning, having already experienced it last year.

The methodology I use adapts to the needs of the student in front of me: according to age, motivation, starting level suitable for my lesson. First, therefore, I evaluate the knowledge and skills already in the student's possession. I then try to develop listening, reading, writing and speaking skills, often starting with authentic materials (a song, a video, a newspaper article) and then concentrating on a specific linguistic aspect. I attach great importance to the communicative value of the language.
