About Antonée
Dancing Yogini is directed by Antonée, originally from Los Angeles. She started dancing at the age of three by integrating the Olga Fricker dance school for six years then she continued to develop her dance skills by adding tap, hip-hop, freestyle, as well as traditional African dances. and dances of the African diaspora. It was the love of movement that led him to his first yoga class. (“Someone told me it was like dancing!”) And practicing meditation. Having felt the benefits of this practice, Antonée continued her studies in various yoga schools. After years of fairly eclectic practice, she decided to focus her energy on Vinyasa Yoga (dynamic yoga), Iyengar alignment, and the soothing benefits of Hatha Yoga. Antonée has found inner calm and physical well-being through the teachings of these complementary schools.
In order to deepen her understanding of yoga, Antonée spent six months studying yoga philosophy in India and in Thailand.
Graduated in 2006 from Sivananda Kutir in India, she completed her second training in Vinyasa Yoga with Gérard Arnaud in Paris in 2016.
In March 2020, she was introduced to the method specialized LYT Yoga developed by Lara Heimann. This method promotes freedom through intelligent and conscious functional movements.
Antonée started the 200 hour training in this method in January 2021 and graduated in April 2021.
The creation of Dancing Yogini is a way to share the knowledge acquired during his wonderful teachers at Kula Yoga, Deborah Wolk, and Kristen Davis in New York, Swami Nirmalananda and Prema of Sivananda Yoga, Swami Govindananda Saraswati of Sivananda Yoga Veedya Peetham, Simon Park, Gérard Arnaud, Maty Ezraty, Lara Heimann of LYT Yoga, and the ensemble of his yoga and dance teachers throughout the years.

Hello!
I am a Hatha, Hatha Flow, and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. After several years of practice and studies, I am at your disposal for home lessons. Classes are targeted at beginners and intermediates who want to learn or improve their practice of asanas and will plan around your needs and level. Individual lessons can be one-on-one or in small groups in the comfort of your home or in a studio located in Paris.
Hatha Yoga and Hatha Flow classes aim to balance body and mind through exercise, breathing control, relaxation and meditation. We combine yoga postures that we maintain for a long time, deep breathing and relaxation to achieve relaxation. These classes are ideal for strengthening the body and calming the mind.
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that builds strength and generates a lot of energy. We follow the yoga postures supported by breathing and grouped in sequences. These are punctuated by movements synchronized with the breath to maintain the vitality of the body as well as the mind.
