About Katherine
I'm a uni student and with all the changes happening in life, I needed a way to gain confidence and gain control. I knew that my friend had been doing pole for a while so one day I decided to give it a go... and haven't stopped since.
Pole dancing or pole fitness boosed my confidence and self image significantly and I wanted to share this passion of pole with others and help you boost your pole journey!

Aimed at complete begginers of any age stepping into the world of pole dancing wanting to learn basic moves, shapes, warm up exercises, pole flow and channeling into your inner pole dancing self!
I'm a level 2 pole dancer at Altitude Pole and have been poling for 7 months!
Each lesson is 1 hour and the basic structure is:
