About Nourhane
I would not force the student to speak in front of everyone immediately. I would start with simple questions and activities to help them feel comfortable. Then, gradually, I would encourage them to participate more and build their confidence. I try to make lessons interesting and connected to students’ interests. I also give positive feedback and recognize their progress, even when it is small. I think when students see that they are improving, they become more motivated.
