About NTSWAKI
The first reason I wanted to become a teacher was to bring change into educational learning, as a progressive teacher I strive to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that foster a critical thinking, creativity and collaboration to encourage my students not to be afraid to take a risk, and to embrace failure as an opportunity to growth. And teaching style is tailored in such a way that all students are equal regardless of their capabilities or disabilities.

With my past experiences as a teacher I have learned that the difference in understanding and learning between younger and older generations is not as drastic as one would think. My teaching style is flexible to the needs of my students where I can listen , understand , help develop and fully support and motivate my learners to strive and want to learn more .
