About Mona

As an experienced German language teacher, I understand the importance of inspiring confidence and establishing legitimacy in the classroom. Maintaining professionalism is key to creating a positive learning environment for students.

One of the ways I work to inspire confidence is by demonstrating a strong command of the German language and a deep knowledge of the subject matter. I'm committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my skills and expertise remain current.
Establishing legitimacy involves being transparent about my qualifications and experience. I'm happy to share details about my educational background, teaching certifications, and any relevant awards or accolades. Letting students know about my passion for the German language and culture can also go a long way.
Reassuring students of my professionalism involves consistently modeling behaviors like punctuality, organization, and clear communication. I strive to create detailed lesson plans, provide timely feedback, and maintain appropriate boundaries. Showing empathy and a genuine interest in my students' progress is also vital.
