About Vahid
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Gender, Race, Sexuality, and Social Justice from the University of British Columbia, and a Master's degree in Education and Society from McGill University. During my time at both universities, I had the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant, which deepened my passion for education and social impact.

As a Teaching Assistant at UBC and McGill University, I developed and led lessons that promoted student engagement and understanding. My teaching philosophy centers on making subjects relevant and relatable by drawing from students' environments, lived experiences, and interests.
