I start from basic concepts and proceed towards complex ones which are taught in easily understandable language. My strategies of teaching are simple and transparent. My learners are free to express their difficulties. Weekly tests will be conducted to evaluate my students.
As a teacher i feel the teaching learning environment should be flexible enough where learners doesn't hesitate to share their views.
