About Ritam
**About Me**
I am a B.Tech graduate with a strong interest in teaching Mathematics to primary and secondary school students. I believe that every student can learn Mathematics when concepts are explained clearly and patiently. My teaching style focuses on building strong fundamentals, explaining topics step by step, and helping students develop confidence in solving problems independently.
I create a friendly and comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions without hesitation. I adjust my teaching methods according to each student's understanding and learning pace, while providing regular practice and revision to strengthen their skills. My goal is not only to help students improve their marks but also to make Mathematics easier, more interesting, and less intimidating.

My teaching approach focuses on making Mathematics simple, understandable, and enjoyable for students. I first explain the basic concept using easy language and practical examples, and then gradually move toward problem-solving and more challenging questions. Each class usually begins with a quick revision of the previous topic, followed by explanation of the new concept, guided examples, practice questions, and a short recap at the end. I encourage students to ask questions freely and focus on understanding the method rather than simply memorizing formulas. As a B.Tech graduate, I bring a logical and structured approach to Mathematics and adapt my teaching pace according to each student's level and learning needs. My classes are mainly intended for primary and secondary school students who want to strengthen their fundamentals, improve problem-solving skills, and perform better in Mathematics.
