My first step in helping my students is teaching them, through a diagnostic test, which learning style best suits them. This aims to encourage students to realise that their learning abilities are different from the next person and therefore, they should not compare themselves to others.
Focusing on what works best for each student, and encouraging them to work at their own pace while achiveing their academic potential is my aim for every lesson.
