About Teri
I’m Teri, a certified yoga teacher (500 RYT) trained in India and Nepal, with additional training in sound therapy. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Yin yoga, creating classes that balance strength and softness, movement and stillness.
My sessions are designed to relieve stress, improve mobility, and build resilience — while also bringing the deeper wisdom of yoga into daily life. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, I’ll guide you at your own pace in a safe and supportive way.
Over the years, I’ve taught students from different backgrounds, helping them find presence, calm, and confidence both on and off the mat.

I’m so glad you’re here—and even more excited that you’ve decided to create space for yoga in your life.
Everyone is welcome here—whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time, or you’ve been practicing for years. I once heard a quote that truly stayed with me: “In a world addicted to speed, slowing down is the real superpower.” To me, that captures one of the deepest reasons we turn to yoga. Taking time to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself can reconnect you with what matters most. And when we make that a regular practice, we begin to feel more grounded, centered, and aligned with our purpose.
Yoga isn’t a quick fix or a magic trick—but it is powerful. Showing up consistently for your practice helps you:
- manage your emotions with more awareness,
- strengthen your connection to your body and breath,
- and build resilience in your mind and heart.
Through asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), and dhyana (meditation), we work together to develop strength, flexibility, and inner calm—on and off the mat.
As a certified teacher, my mission is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for your personal growth. Yoga is a journey inward, and I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

Teri is a wonderful instructor. I started my prenatal yoga classes with her during my second trimester and that’s the best decision u have ever taken. She tailor makes each class based on our needs and ensures that we are comfortable throughout . Highly recommend her :)

Yoga with Teri is amazing. She's one of a kind teacher and her voice that guides us through the practice is very calming. It is obvious that yoga is incredible part of her life and after every class I feel more and more connceted to yoga as well.

Her classes are very interactive and she understands clearly what is required for one's body be it flexibility or postural correction, etc. Would recommend anyone reading this review to try her classes. I have been to so many different yoga classes but Teri has by far been the most experienced and patient teacher. She customises every flow, for every class keeping so many things in mind! She does not have a one size fits all approach but really understands your requirement. Her tips during the class really help you nail the posture and the correct stance. Unlimited thumbs up for Teri and her classes.
Amazing yoga experience by Teri! I was very comfortable doing yoga session even as a beginner. she explains and ask you if you have any previous injuries and plan the flows accordingly to your need.
