I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jonathan Martinez for 4 years at James P. Butler Elementary. During this time, we have collaborated on various projects, including lesson planning and lesson delivery, I have observed hls teaching methods and interactions with students firsthand.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He came prepared with copies, white boards, markers, fraction circle pies & fraction strips for my daughter to have visuals. My 3rd grader felt very comfortable and had an amazing experience being tutored by him. Providing those visuals really helped her see that when a denominator gets bigger then the size of the part gets smaller. He cleared miss-conceptions and helped her mastered everything he covered with her. I appreciate his availability, even though it was in a short noticed he was available the next day not mattering it was on a weekend. Communication was great.
