About Diego
My first position was as Community Manager at Ocesa in 2009, and I have spent 11 years communicating experiences and emotions for diverse markets, from pharmaceuticals to consumer brands like Belvedere Vodka, Chili's, and Alsea. In 2010 and 2011, I played a significant role in creating the first digital communication manual for the federal cabinet and the sitting president. This experience helped me learn to identify key stakeholders and develop communication protocols that, at the time, only existed in countries like Chile, Spain, and Canada. In 2015, I received certification from Bayer Healthcare in the detection and management of adverse social media content. I was also an essential part of major brand launch projects in Mexico for companies like GoPro and AT&T. At AT&T, our team received the 2016 Fleishman Hillard Mexico award for excellence in customer service, recognizing us as the best global agency. During my time working in public relations agencies, I came to understand something few people tell you: no agency has all the answers, and only through combined efforts can a solid digital communication environment be created that delivers results. Recently, I've built small and medium-sized business brands from scratch, which is especially valuable to me. After so many years, I've learned that building a small brand is more difficult than following the communication strategies of established brands. Throughout these years, I've honed a range of graphic design skills that have been essential for achieving these goals.
