About Tyler (The Sault Dealer)
I’m Tyler, a yoga, health, and fitness professional from Queens, NYC, with over 10 years of personal yoga practice and 6 years of yoga teaching experience. I hold a 200-hour Yoga certification from CorePower Yoga (2018) and 50-hour Yoga Sculpt certification from CorePower Yoga (2019). My approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that growth emerges from embracing discomfort.
Since earning my initial certification, I’ve taught more than 1,000 yoga classes, guiding thousands of students through a transformative practice. Alongside teaching, I spent five years (2019–2024) in Studio Leadership at CorePower Yoga across Atlanta, New York, and Miami, where I contributed to studio management, recruitment, and facilitating yoga teacher training programs. Now, as an independent yoga instructor, I teach at various gyms and studios throughout Fort Lauderdale while also offering private sessions and group events.
The Sault Dealer was created as a culmination of my teaching philosophy and life’s purpose. Salt carries powerful symbolism—that resonate deeply in both yoga and my faith. The addition of the letter "u" in Sault is intentional and represents you. It signifies the personal journey each of us undertakes in our practice. Through independent yoga and wellness services, I can more intentionally shape my mission and reach a broader community. As The Sault Dealer I’m here to guide you in discovering "The Saulty Spot"—the space between fluidity and stillness, where discomfort meets growth.

My classes emphasize self-study, exploration, and resilience, with a focus on progression rather than perfection—both on and off the mat. I view breath and movement as powerful forms of expression and invite students to experience yoga as an art form. Through Power Vinyasa classes enriched with music, thematic elements, and alignment-based sequencing I challenges students to discover the space between fluidity and stillness, where discomfort meets growth.

Practicing yoga with Tyler is a gift. A former professional dancer turned yoga instructor, Tyler brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as she guides practitioners through her classes. It's clear that her intention is to help people deepen their mind-body connection and evolve personally and spiritually through the practice. In addition to supporting inner work, Tyler meets yogis where they are in the physical practice and encourages building strength and stability.
