About Jessie
Hi! My name is Jessie and I am currently studying part time for an MA in Theology at the University of Exeter. I have a first class undergraduate degree in Theology and Religion from Exeter, and I loved it here so much I decided to stay for another two years! Education is essential for getting us where we want to be in life, whether academic or vocational, which is why I am so excited about tutoring. I am interested in training as a teacher after I graduate and would like to gain some more experience in this area whilst also giving back to my community.

My lessons are engaging, interactive and can be tailored to all levels of ability. Together, we will talk through key concepts and skills, before practising these in context to solidify learning. We will also go over any activities undertaken in tutoring sessions to help you learn what went well and what areas may need some more time spent on them. My lessons will be varied, using a combination of elements such as straightforward explanation, mini quizzes, practice questions, past papers, videos etc. I can also read through coursework and practice essays to give advice on spelling and grammar, structure, syntax, and language usage. Lessons will take place online for the foreseeable future. I look forward to hearing from you!
