About Sarah
I’m a professional actress with over 12 years of experience in film and theatre. My training spans a range of disciplines, including Shakespeare, Meisner technique, Commedia dell’Arte, stage combat, and dance, giving me a versatile foundation for both performance and teaching. In addition to my acting career, I’ve been passionate about teaching, working with adults and children to help them discover their creative potential, develop confidence, and master techniques for stage and screen. More recently, I’ve expanded my creative journey into directing, bringing my unique perspective and storytelling skills to life through film. I’m dedicated to sharing my knowledge and fostering growth in aspiring performers of all ages.
