About Rey
I am currently studying Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Portsmouth. Although my degree specialises in sport psychology, I have studied all core areas of A-level Psychology in depth through additional university modules. I am passionate about teaching and enjoy helping students build confidence and understanding, particularly those who may struggle due to learning difficulties or neurodiversity. My approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each individual learner.

My lessons are student-led and tailored to each individual’s needs, focusing on exactly what the student wants to improve rather than simply working through the specification. I prioritise building strong exam technique, teaching students how to effectively approach and answer A-level Psychology exam questions, while also ensuring key content is covered in clear and meaningful depth. Lessons are structured, supportive, and adaptable, helping students gain confidence, understanding, and measurable progress.
