About Elif
Ted Kayseri College High School Gazi University Faculty of Medicine | Term 5 | Intern Doctor Yoga instructor (my training is still continuing) I am a licensed swimmer, fitness for 3 years, yoga for 7 months, I would like to share what I have learned with you. I have successfully completed my Anatomy, Physiology and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (FTR) courses in my medical school education. I practice my practice with sincere energy, respecting your limits and aiming to bring you to the best of your body. I move forward in a way that is effective enough to improve you but not prevent you from enjoying it. During the practice, I correct his posture with little directions and aim to keep his motivation high by supporting him at any time. Let's both stretch and strengthen our muscles. I know it's hard to be motivated at home, let's do it together. Important: If you have a special health condition, do not forget to mention it, let's move forward with the personal program that best suits you!

Perfect! Ders online olsa da hic bir hareketinizi kaçırmıyor, dikkatle ilgiyle takip ediyor Elif Hoca. Çok pozitif ve enerjisi yüksek bir insan. Ders bittikten sonra bir rahatlama ve huzur hissi kaplıyor içinizi. Güzel derslerimiz için ona teşekkür ediyorum :)

Elif hocayı yıllardır tanıyorum. Ondan ders alacaklar çok şanslı. Hem çok enerjik güler yüzlü hem de yaptığı her işi ciddiye alan ve önemseyen biri.
Elif’i çok uzun zamandır tanıyorum. Sabırlı, yüksek enerjili, güler yüzlü ve anlayışlıdır. Ders almanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederiimm
Kendisiyle yaklaşık olarak 15 saatlik bir program yaptık ve değişim gerçekten inanılmazdı. Ben skolyoz hastasıyım ve aynı zamanda aşırı zayıftım. Zaten bu sebeple dik duracak gücüm yok diyebilirim. Yaptığımız dersler sonucunda inanılmaz büyük değişiklikler oldu. Öncelikle daha dik duruyoruö benim için en büyük fayda bu oldu. Ancak bunun dışında karnımda kaslar belirginleşmeye başladı kollarım artık olduğundan daha güçlü. Şu an başlangıçta 10 sn bile yaparken nefes nefese kaldığım hareketleri daha kolaylıkla ve zevkle yapıyorum. Derslerin eğlenceli geçmesi konusunda hiç şüpheniz olmasın beni en çok motive eden şey Elif Hocamın enerjisi, neşesi ve motivasyonu. Teşekkürler Elif hocam
