About Vijay
I am a seasoned athlete and educator with a deep passion for physical fitness and sports. As a four-time national player in Taekwondo, I have also achieved multiple victories at state and regional levels. My athletic journey extends beyond martial arts, as I am also a dedicated swimmer, martial artist, and bodybuilder. In addition to my athletic accomplishments, I have over 12 years of experience in training and physical activities, guiding individuals in achieving their fitness goals. My academic background includes a focus on nutrition, one of the key subjects during my graduation, which complements my experience in teaching biology to NEET students. My journey has been fueled by a commitment to excellence, both in the competitive sports arena and in the classroom. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others achieve their full potential, whether in physical fitness or academic pursuits.
