About Simone
I've always been interested in cooking, since I was younger, learning grandma's recipes and trying to recreate them. Having 3 brothers as my test subjects, allowed for me to experiment and receive honest critique (kids can be a bit too honest)
I come from a very large family and food is the way we show love.
I've travelled and lived in Europe for a while, which is where I've learned different techniques of cooking, flavours and cultures.
I honestly believe anyone can cook, you just gotta try.
