Internationally certified yoga and meditation teacher with more than 6 years of experience in training. Certified Nutritionist. Specialized in: Hatha yoga Ashtanga yoga Aerial yoga Face yoga Pranayama Meditation I am currently based out of Bangalore; I can speak and take classes in Kannada, Hindi, and English languages.

A typical class of mine aims to provide a holistic approach to life. We start with a small session of meditation moving towards a power-packed yoga asana practice and ending with pranayama or yoga nidra. I'm an internationally certified yoga trainer and meditation teacher. I also teach face yoga; if you are interested, feel free to ask me to add a few sessions to your current course, happy to do so. As I'm a certified nutritionist, I will be glad to conduct consultations and plan a nutrition and diet plan for you.
