I teach for more than four years, individual classes or classes of up to thirty students. I used toteach at the International Sivananda Yoga Center in Neuville aux Bois and in the studio Pilaforme in Orleans. I teach in French mainly and I can teach in English also

Hello, Trained and graduated by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, I taught in France at the Ashram Sivananda and for two years I trained in France and India. I teach during the school year in a studio in Orleans and summer in Brittany. I teach traditional Hatha Yoga. It allows the practitioner to keep or regain a perfectly healthy body through finely balanced postural exercises (asanas), to learn to master stress by transforming his emotions and negative impressions through breathing exercises (pranayama). This practice makes it possible to: - Conserve, develop a physical, mental and emotional balance. - Develop resistance to stress and negative emotions. - Increase and develop the strength and flexibility of the body. - Tone and stimulate muscles, joints and internal organs. Yoga I teach adapts to all taking into account the abilities and limitations of each. The courses are adapted to your level, to your state of health and will evolve with the time. I give individual and collective lessons lasting from 1h to 2h00. Classes take place at home or outdoors, weather permitting.
