About Sn Premananda
I am Sn Premananda, a certified Yoga Master and Institutional Founder based in Nepal, the heart of the Himalayas. For nearly three decades (29+ years), I have dedicated my life to the practice, preservation, and instruction of authentic yogic science.
I hold an M.A. in Yoga Psychology from Bihar Yoga Bharati, the world's first yoga university. This academic background allows me to seamlessly bridge ancient Eastern methodology with modern psychological stress management.
Throughout my career, I have had the high honor of providing professional mindfulness and wellness consulting to major international organizations, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the British Embassy, and Save the Children.
My mission is to bring true, traditional, lineage-based balance to your professional and personal life.
