About Susmita

I am a trained postgraduate in English literature and language from West Bengal State University. I have fluency in speaking English, Hindi and bengali along with basic knowledge of computer and won several certificates for MOOCs from several IITs.

About the lesson

On the basis of modern teaching learning process, I prefer Inductive method of teaching where I first use relevant examples for thematic understanding, then apply rules. Engage my students in several activities to learn better. Do not prefer rote learning.
