About Yahiya
About Me
Hey, I'm Yahiya!
I started my fitness journey not in a fancy gym with expensive trainers, but as a broke student who needed to find another way. I became a gym assistant – it was my ticket to learn while I earned.
Those years on the gym floor taught me everything: proper lifting techniques, program design, nutrition fundamentals, and most importantly – how to motivate people just like me who want results but don't have unlimited resources.
Now as a student myself, I understand the balance between investing in your health and managing tight budgets. I've worked with beginners finding their confidence, athletes pushing their limits, and everyone in between.
My approach is simple:
